At White Stag Publishing, we believe in the profound effect of ritualism & writing / ritualism & reading. In order to enhance the elemental & spiritual qualities of our books, we paired some of them with beautifully adorned candles to create a ritualistic reading experience. Each candle is inspired by its corresponding book with scents evocative of the poetry inhabiting them. This allows the reader to slow down & absorb the book as an archetypal tool for connecting to the language & essence of the poetry within. Through scent & memory, imagination & experience, readers can fully embody an emotive experience.

“Citrus Taxonomy” Candle

The “Citrus Taxonomy” candle is evocative of the poetry in unusual light source. With high citrus notes, it is uplifting, energetic, & like Caroline’s poetry, it shines light even in the darkest of niches.
