In Celestial Bodies / Earthbound Wounds, Sadee Bee asks what it means to be human & what it means to recoil from that inheritance. Moving through trauma, familial fracture, gender, & sexuality, the voice of these poems ache toward freedom in a world that rarely grants it to Queer, Black femmes.
