Nichole Goff (she/her) is a writer, educator, and mother living in Phoenix, AZ. Her first full-length book of poetry, LUMES, was published by White Stag in 2022. Her writing often addresses themes of nationalism, family, grief, and connection to the land. She is currently expanding her writing practice to include fantasy/sci-fi fiction and grant writing. In her spare time she loves reading, listening to audiobooks while sitting in traffic, dancing, and re-watching old PBS kids shows with her husband and daughter.

LUMES

Lumes contains poetry evocative of the desert sky & the land with moments of tender inflection & inherited violence in memory. With photos displaying the boneyards of Tucson planes, it speaks to the wasteland that is the desert, war, & sometimes, home.
